Great School bags

I purchased two of the kids backpacks in polyester and 1 Kids school bag in canvas. The canvas school bag looks better quality by far but the polyester bags have already needed cleaning from messy hands and are a much easier clean with just a wipe of a damp cloth. The bags are a lot bigger then they look in the picture and much bigger then i was expecting. I am very impressed by the quality of all three bags. Above all the customer service I recieved. The print I was after was not in stock, I emailed to see if it would be re stocked in time for Christmas and April was more then accommodating helping me find a print that would suit my child. Unfortunately only 1 of the bags made it in time for Christmas but April was attentive and quick to respond and act to follow up the delivery of the other bags.

Cute backpack but quality isn’t great

I purchased a polyester backpack for my little boy and the photos in the listing are very deceiving because the backpack definitely doesn’t look the same. I understand polyester isn’t as great of quality as canvas but I opted for polyester as it’s easier to clean etc with messy hands but I really didn’t think it would come looking as cheap and low quality as it does. The overall design is cute and I love the personalisation but I would have expected a lot better quality from a bag that is relatively expensive. If I had the option to go back and order again knowing what I know now I definitely wouldn’t go for the polyester material. I’m disappointed there wasn’t a more accurate photo of what the material is really like for people to see.
